Finally Back on the Ball and Accomplished Alot this Weekend

I started my New Year determined to get as much as taken care of before the beginning of February. I made appointments, visited vendors and by yesterday, I had booked the florist, the photographer and made a date for two of my bridesmaids to go try on dresses.

On Saturday, my mom and I went to Burtons and booked them on that day. Because of all of your ladies' posts and advice on flowers, I felt 100% prepared for my appointment. I knew what to ask about; I went to the appointment with all of my numbers and ideas written down. Mike at Burton's was very helpful and nice and I'm exciting that they will be doing my flowers.

On Sunday, we met with Denise Chastain of Modern Wedding Photography. Her photographs are beautiful and she has so much enthusiasm. If you get a chance to, check out her website.

So I just wanted to share my happiness and relief. I spent all day yesterday practically prancing that I had two and half 'things to do' taken care of. Again I want to thank all of you for all of your postings and opinions. It has really helped me with this process.
