I went to a Spinning class tonight and I feel great!
I have not done a spin class in a while and I forgot how much I like it. I love the feeling after the class is over, I am so relaxed.

I started Spinning again and try to go 2x a week. I love the 'burn' feeling in my legs after the workout. I can't remember how many calories you burn in class, but it's a lot.

I need to get back. I havent tried it yet at the new gym I go to.I do LOVE the HIGH you get when you come out. You have so much energy
