I have a really bad stiff neck!

I have been sick for 3 days now w/flu like symptons but since yesterday i have had a really bad stiff neck and a fever as well

Can anyone suggest anything to make me feel more comfortable in bed

Feel Better. Their must be a virus going around b/c you are the 4th person in the past two weeks who have the same symptoms!!

do you have a heating pad? put it on top of your pillow under your neck, it should help! my chiro told me to do that for my shoulder/neck area once, it should loosen you up

Take a hot shower, or take a towel and soak it in hot water, then wrap it around your neck. Or use a heating pad. It will help loosen up your muscles. It works for me! Feel better!

Allure!!!! You MUST, MUST get those bengay heat therapy pads at the drugstore!!!!! They adhere to your skin and last 8 hours! I had a stiff neck for 3 days and was in AGONY! DH bought them for me and after using three of those pads, my stiff neck was outtta there! I hope you feel better!
