MY SHOWER WAS YESTERDAY!!! And 2 other great things this weekend!! (A little long, sorry)

MY SHOWER WAS YESTERDAY!!! And 2 other great things this weekend!! (A little long, sorry)

I kind of knew it was going to be yesterday, but then the BP started telling me they hadn't started planning it, and save March 6th, so I thought that would be the shower. I went with MOH to eat lunch (belated birthday lunch for me) and it was my shower instead!! And the even got my mom to fly in from Florida!!! I asked them to do it, but my aunt's funerla in Florida was Friday, so I wouldn't think my mom would have come in. All she kept saying was the shower was more important to her. I was soooo excited!!! I got so many things from my registry!!! We have no room to store it all. Our home looks like a FedEx warehouse, there are so many boxes and stuff all over!! I will post pics as soon as I can.

Also, Thursday FH and I put a deposit on a car!!! 2001 Dodge Stratus!! We are so excited. Now that we have our own car, we can start looking for an apartment!! I can't wait. Living with his parents has been very difficult. It will be so nice to have out own space!!

And then, to make this weekend even better, I booked someone for my hair this morning!!! After being stiffed by a certain someone who shall remain nameless, I went on a few more trials. Mya of Cosmetic Artistry did a beautiful job the other day, but it wasn't quite what I wanted. Today, I had a trial with Yafit of Perfect Blend . She is a vendor on this site. She did such an amazing job. I loved it, and booked her immediately. I am so happy to not have to worry anymore about that.

Okay, just had to share. It's been a wonderful past few days!!

Oh, yeah!! Definitely!!
Here is me and my BP at the shower, me in 'the chair' next to the wishing well, and me and my mom!!!! I was so excited she could be there.
