Okay I am going food shopping today!!

Who can give me a good shopping list with food that is no carb or low carb or in ww world low points, but isn't really bad, I can't eat food that doesn't taste good, I would just not diet.

teddy grahms. 24 chocolate chip teddy grahams are 3 points

granola bars are good

special k cereal bars are 2 points. I love the strawberry ones. they have strawberry and blueberry

smart ones chocolate chocolate chip muffin is sooooooooo good. they come 2 in a box and are 3 points each. DELICIOUS

ritz crackers i think are 5 crackers for 3 points

tostito's bite size. 24 bite size are i think 3 or 4 points. 2 tbsp salsa is 0 points

Swiss Miss milk chocolate w/Marshmallows is 2 pts for 1 packet. It's a good little snack and gets rid of any chocolate cravings

FI is Point Police and everything in our cabinet and fridge is marked with how many points something is.

Entermen's light crumb cake very good. I think it was 2 points for a little piece. I dont remember. I am banned from ever buying it again b/c I ate the whole thing in a day. It was just so good. I think it tastes better then the regular crumb cake.

It's not fun having point police

I got myself a treat of a beautiful big canoli. It was in a pretty white paper bag in the fridge.

Well I walk away for a few minutes to return to find a big 9 points written in RED on my white bag.

Boring as this sounds, the best low point thing I used to buy was melba toast! I used to get the 12-grain melba toast and it was 1 point for I think close to 10 crackers. It was a good work snack, especially with a little hummus.

My other favorites: graham crackers, baby carrots, celery, and grapes.

I discovered this morning that the Cocoa Krispies Milk and Cereal bars are only 2 pts each.

if its sweet that you want...then low carb is tough...since sugar is 100% carb...


you could try splenda...or other artificial sweeteners...

I could use a Points police officer at my house. My FH is not allowed to go grocery shopping alone most of the time because he buys the following things every time:

Potato bread, american cheese, steak or hot dogs, Stella D'oro Breakfast treats, and sour cream (to put on tortellini)! No veggies, nothing healthy. It drives me nuts!
