Regarding the cake, did you just pick from the book or did you bring in a picture of a cake and ask if the baker would do it?

We can do this? I thought it was the three standard choices? Then anything else its more $$

Really?!??! I was told that I could bring in pictures of cakes I like and the baker can tell us if its too hard or whatever. If not, I looked at a book that had several (more than 3 for sure) choices. Not the best looking cakes, but not that terrible.

You can pick from the book or you can bring in a picture to have replicated but if it is something other than whipped cream frosting you have to pay extra.

So forgive my ignorance, but cant you just copy any cake you want with whipped cream frosting?

Oh i didn't know that... I stil think I will stick with the basket weave look.

Heather, you could do that but depending on the design it may not look good in whipped cream or it may not hold up properly.
