September Honeymoon - where to go??

What should we do?? We want something different - some sight seeing w/ relaxing stuff too...No Hawaii and no Mexico...any ideas??
What about some Island that I haven't heard of yet??
Any ideas let me know!

There are lots of small islands in the Caribbean. st. croix, nevis, us virgin islands are supposed to be very nice

Be careful with the Carribean, that time of year is hurricane season. I have travelled to the Carribean the last two years during September and been lucky, but you never know. What about doing California? You can start in Nappa Valley, go to LA and then down to San Diego.

We're going to Greece - Athens for a few days and the rest of the time in Santorini. Maybe some day trips to other islands if possible.

We looked into Tahiti - Bora Bora and Moorea. There wasn't any nightlife - everything is during the day. If you like that sort of thing, check it out...it looks absolutely AMAZING there.

Def. for sure will let you know...I have been to New Zealand before and it takes so long to get there - you need a week to settle in...
So Tahiti or Bora Bora may be too far for the FH but will see...
Aruba sounds good - I was thinking of Belize...
That way we can do some jungle-y wildlife things and then chill on the beach...
Anyone been there before??
Anguilla too...

I am getting married in September as well. My first two choices are Aruba and Greece. Aruba is nice all year long!! I have always wanted to go to Greece and I hear Sept is a great time to visit!! I agree with the other girls about being within the hurricane belt. I haven't made my final decision yet, but I am not so crazy about taking that travel risk!! It is one extra thing to stress over!! Good luck with your decision!!

Deby, I would love the contact info for your travel agent. We're thinking we might go to Arube. The HM is FH's job to plan, but if I got him some info, that might motivate him to get moving on it!!!
