PICTURE FRAMES/PHOTO ALBUMS

Does anyone have some good price quotes on a 4x6 frame? I'm looking for silver frames and would love to spend $4 or less. I really like frames as favors and hope to find them in this price range. also, if anyone knows of mini photo albums in this range, that would be great, too!

Go to either Costco or BJ's one has a 2pk and the other has a 3pk for frames for under $10. Either that or go to Liquidator's, Mace's or something in that order they always have frames in those places cheap.
