Anyone else get sick from planning?

I went home from work early yesterday with a really bad cold, it's my second cold in the last 2 weeks, and I think it's because I am getting overly stressed from this wedding planning stuff. I don't know why the heck I'm stressing so much, I think I'm getting too caught up in it, you know? I just need to concentrate on the fact that I can't wait to be married to my FH. Anyone else get sick from wedding planning stress?

nah...kinda different since yours in soon though. i'm getting sad that it's almost over.. almost all major vendors are booked. alot of little things already taken care of..

Why are you stressed? What have you got left to do that is stressing you out. I am sick of planning but I have everything done now, so all I have to do is send out payments, and a couple of little things.

We still have like little things to do, but since we are getting close I tried to do alot this month and I got myself nervous about it. I'm just crazy . I keep worrying about the 'what-if's' like what if this vendor doesn't show up, etc. I think I need to figure out a way to relax!

O yea those. I get those two ever since my FMIL went to a wedding and the DJ FORGOT to show up. OMG I would have a heart attack, but I trust all the vendors that I have chosen. I have found that periodic spa days are priceless. Definitely try those, they should help you relax, even for a little while.

Hey Jess...try not to stress yourself out worrying about things that probably will never happen. Try to focus on all the good things...like the HM!

Well, I was nauseus on Sunday ...lol I am not sure where it came from...but i think my nerves got the best of me :) Don't worry hun, your wedding will be wonderful, sit back and let it just flow :) heheh I wish i could take my own advice :)

I have been suffering from headaches and intestinal problems.

when it gets stresful, just look at the big picture and know that all these litttle things your planning and doing well be great. and don't do 10 projects in 1 day unless your on a streak or something. I remember the day when i went to 4 halls in 1 days... OMG i wanted to shot myself. we planned 3 and the 4th was unplanned. We both hated our time there because we were so tired and drained

Bouts of crying and I didn't even book the hall yet!
The stress of the families not talking and what the FIL's did makes me so mad I can only cry!

thats horrible
it will all work out at the end. I feel if people are not happy for you, they don't deserve to share your day with you. My FW has situation where probally no parents, sister, brother won't be there.. we try to work things out but they areent happy. Oh well, we have other things to worry about.

YES!! I get headaches all the time from stress and I think I'm coming down w/ a cold also. I'm stressing b/c of other people though more than the planning although there's stuff that we have to book/do that we haven't yet that's making me stress.

i was getting sick of it- i just got married sat- and now im upset its over. we had such a good time and all of our work really paid off but my husband and i are both sad its over. but were looking forward to honeymoon and startingour life together as man and wife!

Now that I am pencilled in at San Souci I feel alot better but I told my FH I am keeping my distance from his parents b/c they have not been upfront about anything with the engagement or wedding plans so they can contribute and we will take care of everything else...
They are basically showing up as invited guests...
which is too bad b/c I used to have a nice relationship with them and they screwed up...
