Need a good restaurant in Nassau

It's my moms birthday tomorrow and we want to take her out for dinner. Any suggestions for good restaurants in Nassau? I know Ciao Baby opened in Massapequa, but I don't think they accept reservations and I am not sure what the wait will be like.

How about South of the Border in Levittown (Wantagh Ave. just north of SS PKWY). They have good mexican food and ladies get a rose at the end of each meal! Nice atmosphere too.

Rana's in Merrick on Merrick Avenue. It is opposite the elementry school.

Awesome italian food with really good prices.

Pomodorinos in Seaford on Merrick Rd has really good Italian and they are very nice!

La Pace in Glen Cove. Its fancy and a bit expensive but its well worth it.
