My number one favorite/best comfort food (besides those I previously listed in the original thread) is THE BLACK AND WHITE COOKIE!!!
Everyone who knows me knows that!! And now so do all of you!!!!!!

I'm with you there!
I make a mean black and white, so whenever I have a craving, I just whip them up at home.
Which is good because they are really hard to find (good ones, anyway) outside of NY.

My fav cookie - entimens (sp?) origional recipe
cc cookies - I could eat ten a day with a huge glass of milk.

I LOVE B&W cookies!

How do all of you eat them? I take one bite out of the middle first to get a little of both...then i work my way down the black side, and finish with the white.

Heidla- any good bagel place has them. Is there a Pick-A-Bagel or H&H near you? Don't get the kind in a plastic wrapper from the mini deli- it will ruin the experience.

Yes! Pick a bagel! Thats what I was going to suggest. And absolutely make sure they are fresh! Do not get one in a package!!!

Oh, and has anyone ever been to Gabby's bagels on Jericho Tpke in Woodbury? I was there once and I didn't buy any (I swear) but they have a million different kinds of b&w's in lots of colors. I wanted to get all of them!
