Cooking Valentine's Dinner...

...and I never realized all of the preparation involved in cooking a dinner...JUST FOR TWO!! How will I ever have elegant dinner parties?

Just needed to vent. Gotta go check the food.

Re: Cooking Valentine's Dinner...

It was great. I can give myself a pat on the back. We used two place settings of our fine china (the ones that FH bought and used for our engagement dinner) and two place settings of our silver that his parents gave us for Xmas. The table looked so pretty. I even baked a heart shaped cake!!
