Is it really bad if your shoes don't match your dress?

The shoes I love are not dyeable and at first I thought it looked okay with my dress but now I am having second thoughts. Here are the shoes.

Am I just overreacting or should I look for different shoes? I really love them though!!!

They are beautifl shoes but if they really don't match and you are going to make yourself crazy - maybe look for other ones...how come they don't match?

oooh - i love those shoes too!
when i had my fitting, i wore my shoes, which were white, and since my gown is diamond white, i noticed a difference...and it bothered me....but i might just be picky.....try them out next to the dress and see what you think!

i was a little annoyed mine didnt match perfecttly either but you didnt really see my shoes with my dress on anyway

My dress is ivory and the shoes are a shade darker. I am very anal and it is really starting to bother me. I don't want to waste money so I figured I should just suck it up but I want to look perfect. I know that i am obsessing.

I have heard of bridal places or dying places 'washing' the shoe to make them less brighter, but maybe they can do the opposite if you really love the shoes and won't drive yourself nuts with them being too dark. Sorry I am no help in telling you the exact store

the same thing happend to me and i decided to get new shoes. i knew that i would be obsessing over it all day.

Hey...I wore those shoes on my wedding day!!! They are gorgeous...and happened to match my ivory dress exactly.

If you're unsure of the shoes and if they don't match the dress...you should get a pair that you will be thrilled with!!!

is your dress long enough that it covers your shoes? if so no one will notice b/c most people are interested in the dress more than anything else. the shoes are beautiful. can you exchange them for a different pair? or you can try to sell it to someone on this site.

How many people will be staring at your feet? If you like them, and they aren't blatantly obviously mismatched, only of by a shade or soemthing, then who cares? Wear them!
