David's Bridal is unbelievable!!! (NOT good) - UPDATED

David's Bridal is unbelievable!!! (NOT good) - UPDATED

They lost my BM dresses!!! I have 1 MOH and 3 BMs. They lost all three! They were ordered 3 different days by 3 different people all back in September. And, all gone. My MOH's dress was ordered by one of the BMs along with her dress. The MOH dress made it and nobody knows what happened to the others. They are trying to tell me they have no record of me but, they had a printout on my MOH's dress with my name and wedding date on it. They managed to charge all of my MOH credit cards but, didn't manage to put the order through. What's worse? The dress is discontinued. Now, they have two of the three on the rack (not to mention one of them is missing some beading). They said they can give me those but, would have to search for the third. They were nice enough to say they would credit the difference since these dresses are off the rack and not new and fix whatever is wrong with it, BIG DEAL! That's not the point!!! I now have three months left and have no idea what to do!! Sorry so long but, I am freaking out now. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from them!!

I don't have any advice, but that sucks. Don't these people know that you are trying to plan one of the most important days of your life

OMG< thats awful!!!! iw ill keep my fingers crossed for you!!!I always reccomend davids, but I dealt with the one in jersey, from what I hear, The Long Island Davids SUCKS!!!! Best of luck to you!!!

Are you kidding me? I would have them credit all your girls cards and make them give you the dresses for free. Why? Because you trusted that they would complete your order and now the dress is discontinued. What dress is it? I would give up on them and order from netbride.com-they are super fast only 2 weeks!

I would contact the BBB and consumers affairs ASAP. Try calling around to other Davids. I feel so bad for you.
I almost ordered dresses there for the BP and they lost ALL the paperwork before we put a deposit down, so I walked right out and went to another store that I have been so happy with.

So, I tried to talk to somebody over there. The woman I was dealing with got another girl involved who I had to speak with. It seams that this order is nowhere to be found. I take it that it wasn't placed before the dress was discontinued. Of course the girl that took the order no longer works there. This is so frustrating. They are now looking for the third dress. I want to pull my hair out, I am so aggravated. Thank you all for your advice. I am going to the BBB and complain about them. And, this was the one in Carle Place. The one in Long Island City is no better. If you can avoid them, please do, I wish this on nobody. Here is a pic of the dress:
