Chicken Cutlets...

My FH is picky. He loves breaded/fried chicken cutlets - he couled eat that everyday. I think could get tired of that, especially everyday

Do you guys have different recipes for chicken cutlets, other than breaded/fried? Is there a website or book, like 101 ways to make a Chicken Cutlet

Thanks

Re: Chicken Cutlets...

I take chicken cutlets (its really boneless breast - not the think sliced cutlets) place them in a glass pan for the oven, cover them with one or 2 cans of diced tomatos, put some spices on...like basil, parsly, Mrs Dash and peper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45-1 hour...check the chicken to see if not pink inside. I serve it over pasta or rice!!

Yummy!!

Re: Chicken Cutlets...

How about chicken cutlets Mexican Style.

I take the chicken cutlets and put them in a dish. I put it in the oven for a few min. then drain. Then add 1 can of refried beans (fat free) top that with some salsa, and cheddar cheese. Pop it back in the oven till the sheese is nice and melted. It's Yummy!!!

Re: Chicken Cutlets...

You can also try chicken with Oven Fry. It is a seasoned coating for chicken. The chicken comes out extra crispy. It has been one of my favorites since I was little and now my DH likes it too. All you need is the batter, an egg and an oiled pan. Bakes at 400 for 20 minutes. I find the mix near the stuffing and bread crumbs.

Re: Chicken Cutlets...

Healthy Chicken Cutlets

take Purdue thin sliced 98%fat free cutlets, marinate in your favorite fat free salad dressing.

Dip in bread crumbs, spray with Pam, and broil in oven, about 6-7 min each side.
