YES, you can buy them..I bought min in teh summer and didnt get married until january, I didnt open them up until the week before and they were YUMMY the day of teh wedding!! they are in a sealed bag and will stay fresh as longa s you dont open them!

I was thinking of buying them from a bakery or a speciality store by the pound I thought they would be fresher than the ones sitting on Michaels shelves for months. Is there any difference? I don't eat nuts so I wouldn't know if there was a difference.
