MEETING WITH PRIEST TODAY----WHAT DO I ASK HIM?

WE ARE IN NEED OF AN INTERFAITH WEDDING, AND DO NOT THINK THEY WILL ALLOW IT....AND IF TEHY DO, HAVE A HEFTY 'DONATION' AMOUNT...

WHAT KIND OF ?????? SHOULD WE BE ASKIN???

I am meeting with my priest 2day too at 1:30. What are the 2 religions. FH and I are having an interfaith wedding. I asked the church accountant not the priet himself, they is no easy to ask that donation question, just go for it. Good LUck

jewish/catholic.....think its not gonna work....but want to hear it fro his words.l.I ahve some alternatives in mind if not.....they have to answer about the donation, right? Thats important to us to know how much the CEREMONY costs, what it includes?

My church is doing interfait catholic and jewish without a problem. ACcording to the priest it is just different paperwork to fill out.
As for the donations it is the same as a regular catholic wedding. I was also told we could have a rabbi there if we wanted but he could only do a few readings and not preform the marriage cermony since it is a catholic church.

I got a little booklet from them and it spelled out everything donations, flower, rice, singers. It told us everything about pre cana, more or less any question that you would have was answered in this 6 -8 page program type book.
