We put a bid on a house in Selden and it was accepted...

We put a bid on a house in Selden and it was accepted...
We have to call our engineer and atty Mon am but if everything goes right we have a house. My RE agent called last night to tell me this house just came back on the market, it is small but with a lot of property and possibilities. Please wish us luck with the next step.
