We are in contract!!! Our 1st investment property is SOLD!

The house was only on the MLS for ONE DAY!I'm so thrilled! they made a great offer and we accepted-so exciting.
Our buyers are an engaged couple that already have a 2 yr old together. I think it will be a great first home for them!

yes Erica we are buying distressed properties(In Florida for now) & renovating them & selling them. It has been a great experience so far. I bumped up the thread with the before & after pics of the house for you-it has had the exterior painted, new carpet in bedrooms, shower door installed & new roof put on. My BIL is mailing me pics.
