breakfast ideas
Here's my new idea...
I'm always looking for meal options...so I thought we could post one option breakfast, lunch or dinner (depending on the thread)
It could be anything related to nutrition...we could label it WW, or SBD, or Atkins, or high fiber, or vegitarian....etc
what do you think??

Re: breakfast ideas
Here's my first:
this would be good for WW or a low-cal balanced BF
egg whites (as many as you like to fill you up) and onions, tomatoes - (any veggie you want) a little cheese...if I am feeling bad 2 slices whole wheat toast

Re: breakfast ideas
I usually have either 2 slices of bread with p/b or cream cheese
OR
Oatmeal with raisins and b/p
Once a week I'll eat egg whites/eggs and sometimes cereal.
I am trying to loose a tiny bit of weight, but this breakfast is really good for maintaining IMO.

Re: breakfast ideas
I love this . . .
Whole wheat tortilla filled with southwestern eggbeaters, low/reduced fat cheddar cheese, and either 1 strip of bacon crumpled or hormel real bacon pieces/bits. Yummy and so filling. I will even eat this for dinner at times . . .

Re: breakfast ideas
Looking back on my journals from WW here are some breakfast things I have had.
2 special K Waffles 2 pts (made by Eggo) or 2 Nutra grain Waffles 2 pts (made by Eggo)
Either kind with sliced peaches which is 1 pt. Yummy
So a total of 3 points
Stoneyfield low fat yogurt (its the one with the pink top) 2 pts. It's also 8 ounces. You can get another kind of yogurt for 2 points but it's 4 or 6 ounces. So why not get the 8 ounce yogurt for the same points
Special K cereal bar 2 pts
A total of 4 points
Special K cereal bar 2 pts
Banana 2 pts
Total 4 pts
Smart ones Chocolate Chip Muffin 3 pts
Total 3 pts
Smart ones Blueberry Muffin 3 pts
total 3 pts
Lunch Tuna w/light Mayo (1 tbsp) on wonder light (2 slices) Total 6 points
Light Mayo is 1 point, the tuna is 4 points and the wonder light 2 slices is 1 pt
Or Tuna w/light Mayo and Melba toast. 6 pieces of Melba toast are 2 points
2 fat free hotdogs for 2 pts 40 french fries 3 points 2 pieces light bread 2 pts total 7 points
