Duck Pond Inn for Bridal Shower?

Anyone been there? Price seems right...what do you think?

DH and i love the duck pond inn! the food is fabulous.

would they give you the enclosed room by the pond?? the restaurant itself is pretty small - probably no more than 20-25 tables.

It it small but a very nice place.

Not sure. They said they had 2 rooms to look at. May go tonight. I've never been there.

I had my bridal shower there. We were in a private room off to the left over looking the pond. The food was great!! I think we had about 40 people or so in that room.

Never went to a party there but was there for dinner once during the summer. The waitress was very sweet and tried to be helpful but the food was awful. 5 out of 6 people sent back their meals. Everyone in the group had worked in the restaurant field while in school so it wasn't a group of primadonnas. Sorry for the poor review - it's just my experience and opinion. Why don't you try LaGrange or John Anthonys??? I've been to showers at both - very nice.
