Interesting...if someone just makes a comment passing by, no, I won't mention it. But at the same time, there are instances where it is necessary.

There was a guy in my building who was CONSTANTLY talking to me, telling me I was pretty, wanting to buy me gifts (which I of course refused) but when he saw me with FH he wouldn't even say hello. I told FH everything the guy ever said to me, not to get FH jealous but to let him know that this guy is acting IMO inappropriately (I told him I was married!!).

I wouldnt call it 'admirers' but I thought it was quite funny that both times Ive been preggo Ive gotten hit on, and they were stories that I couldnt resist telling him

Im sure our hubbies know how cute we are and they know what men are like so they can put 2 and 2 together to know that we get looked at and hit on out there.... just some of the stories can be more entertaining than others!

She tells me sometimes about that another guy gives her a compliment. It doesn't really bother me to be honest. I love her. she loves me.. and we're very secure with each other.

I get a compliment once in a while.. I don't tell her because I think nothing of them to be honest. They're nice to hear but I know there's only one girl I wanna be with.
And her compliments and her love is all I need and all I ever want.

Exactly my point....If it's a funny story, or something that has gone beyond what I deem appropriate or making me feel uncomfortable....sure, I tell him...Of course.

But if it's just some random guy that says 'hey baby, you're hot' (lol) ...well that kinda thing I don't mention 1) b/c it's just not necessary and 2) b/c I don't pay enough attention to those types of comments to even remember to tell him....

If it is funny or really gross or something, I tell him..like a 21 year old boy likes me or the old perv at work said XYZ today....but random comments? no why would I? I don't see a need to..why would he care? But I do agree a lot of woman I know do it to try to make their guy jealous or b/c of their own insecurities - trying to say if you don't want me - look there are others out there...to me that is silly or you aren't with the right guy to begin with ifyou have to prove things like that.

It really just depends on what exactly happened.. Mostly I tell him about all the weirdos that approch me in Penn or Grand Central Stations and we laugh our A$$es off about it!!

I know he's a cutie .. I know for a fact that a lot of women like him at his office.. he's gotten 'hit on' right before my eyes! But yet, l I don't exactly want or need to know about it when I'm not around... at least not word for word.

I think he is the most handsome and desirable man in the world.. and when he does tell me, I'm proud to hear women find him desirable, and he feels that way vice-versa. Either of us getting 'hit on' is a compliment to the other person, too!

He comes home every night to me, so it really doesn't really matter in the end who told him he has a nice butt during the day!!
