half the places have one price, the other half of places are charging double... its crazy...

have you actaully seen them? just curious about the quality (light and flimsy or nice and sturdy). i know i can't expect much for less than $4, but also don't want it to be flaking and peeling.

The quality was good... they were heavy to the touch and they are silver so I don't seem them flaking and peeling.
