I ordered my wedding cake from the same place as my shower cake (pics)

We ordered our wedding cake on sunday we went and did a tasting at St Honore Pastry shop - My parents got my shower cake there and didn't tell anyone because they wanted to know if people like it first before we ordered our actual wedding cake from them - they were so amazing I ordered my grooms cake as well!!!!

Thank you to Marcela1654 for posting pics of my shower cake - I will post more when I get back to michigan (along with my dress fitting, shower pics, and sample centerpiece)

Wow! I actually had that bakery on my list to look at for my wedding cake. It is on Port Washington Blvd, right? Your cake looked incredible. I hope it tasted just as good!

Babybride you will have fm in a minute -

It was White cake soaked in grand marnier (all their white cake they soak in grand marnier) and lemon filling.

Our wedding cake will be white cake (asked for more pronounced grand marnier flavor) with raspberry and chocolate mousse.

Grooms cake (for RD) they are doing the yankee logo and putting pinstripes on the cake - will be chocolate cake with moca mousse

they are REALLY reasonable I think and their stuff is amazing

Jen - they told me sometimes people even order their wedding cakes like 10 days in advance there - I would say if you did it beginning of april that would be MORE than enough time OR when you are home for my wedding. Call them - they are located in Port Washington - on Port washington blvd.
