Shuttle/Hotel for OOT guests to wedding?

Hi everyone!

We're having almost all OOT guests at our wedding (like 90%). My family is here, but FI family is all in California.

Our reception and wedding are at the same place, so we'd like to get a shuttle from the hotel where everyone is staying to and from the reception (it's at the Bellport Country Club).

I called a few hotels-

Hilton
Hampton Inn
Holiday Inn

(all right by Islip airport)

They're all the same price per room but only Hampton Inn said that they would provide a shuttle to and from the reception.

Does anyone know if other hotels are willing to provide a shuttle? Is this something that anyone else has negotiated? I'd love to have everyone stay at the Hilton because it's brand new and the same price as everything else, but I don't know how to try to negotiate the shuttle.

Any advice?

I needed a shuttle as well. We have room blocks at the LI Marriott. I called them to ask but they do not provide a shuttle. I booked one with Royalty Limo's for a great price.

Not every hotel has a shuttle service that does that. The ones that do typically have 14 passenger vans. If you have a ton of guests like you mentioned that might not be a great solution anyway since it will have to make a few trips to pick up all you guests. I called around and ended up getting a coach bus from CoachUSA. They definately had the best prices.

I have the same probably.. what are some good prices? I am having the ceremony and reception at Land's End and many people are going to stay in a hotel even the ones that live down the block including my family, frineds me etc..... just extended party so i am looking at the same hotels by islip airport

help ryalty... how much?
