My Bear Cub is 6 months old today!!!!

Can you believe it??? A year ago this week I was just announcing that I was going to be a mama bear and now she's 6 months old!!!

I can't tell you the joy she brings me, especially during this nightmare. She smiles every time she sees me and cracks up a real belly laugh now whenever I sing funny stuff or make funny voices to her.

Stacey, her and Damien should get together and have a toe-sucking competition to see who can stick their feet in their mouth the farthest!!!

His picture looks just like her when she does it!! Her pjs are soaked every morning because she sits in the crib sucking away on them. Actually, she sucks away on anything within her grasp!!!

She was 16 lbs. 6 oz and 26 3/4' long at her last dr visit 2 weeks ago. She's been on veggies, and seems to love all of them. The only one she's not digging too much are the carrots. She makes a face when she eats them!!

Gianna will not roll all the way over, but she is trying her darndest to sit up -- it looks like she's doing stomach crunches, it's the cutest thing!!! She actually sat up from the boppy last night!

And her noises, how I love her noises.

I took her to the mass for my father yesterday and she just sat on my lap and looked all around and was so good!

And whoever told me that babies see angels, I believe you 100%. Lately, she'll just look up and start smiling away and when I turn to see what she's looking at, there's nothing there. But she sees her papa and great-aunt looking out for her.

My little bear cub is growing up and I wish I could keep her this age forever. Besides Joe (of course

), she's the best thing that ever happened to me and the love I feel for her is something I can't even describe (as I'm sure you'll all agree with me on).

Thanks for letting Mama Bear gush on.

Aww your little girl is getting so big, don't you just wish they can stay this small forever??? NOW I know why women keep having more children...this period goes by so fast.

As far as babies seeing Angels..I do believe that..I've been saying there was a ghost in my apartment for years (prior to Mia's arrival) and I swear to you she see's something..luckily it's a good ghost.

I can't believe how fast time goes!!! Damien turns 6 months this month. I feel like I just had him. They can do so much more it's so great to watch their little minds developing

Congrats on the Altima!!! I actually wanted to get that, but Joe wanted a 'manly truck' -- you should have seen us car shopping! OH the fun the salesmen had with us!!! I call it a car and he says 'it's a truck Deb, not a car'. Well not for nothing but when I say truck, I think of a Mack truck and not for nothing but I am NOT the type of girl who drives a truck. I'm a girly girl who drives in a CAR!!! So put that in your pipe buddy!!

Enough of that -- isn't it amazing how time flies!!! It really is a wonder watching their little minds go. We just put her exersaucer together and she LOVES it. Of course, first thing was to put every single toy on the thing in her mouth!!!

Just like Damien, everything is soaking wet. And the cutest thing is she falls asleep sucking on her wrist. I hear her slurping in the middle of the night on it!!!
