My friends and I are making a mexican dinner any ideas??

We are doing nacho dip and tacos...and of course margaritas, does anyone have any other ideas???

Homemade Guacamole
Homemade Salsa

Make-your own-taco's (put all the fixins on a platter), sautee the beef with taco mix, and heat the taco shells

Spanish Rice
Rice & Beans

For Dessert: 3 Milk Cake (Tres Leche)... no idea how to make it, my brother's girlfriend makes it and it's to DIE for!

I make my own fajitas.

Cook chicken strips in a little oil. Add sliced peppers and onions. Sprinkle a little paprika on the chicken.
When cooked top chicken, peppers and onions on a big tortilla wrap. (Not too much or the wrap won't close.
I top it off with some salsa and cheddar heese. Pop in the oven a few sec. so the cheese melt. Add a little sour cream fold the tortilla up, and you have your fajita!
