Wish me luck, I am starting low carb tomorrow morning...

I was on WW for about 3mos and lost about 8lbs. I think with all the stress of the wedding, buying a house and his family just being difficult I cant stick to a diet. I made up my mind that tomorrow it has to start and that I am not only doing it for my wedding but for my life. Do any of you have advise on how you didnt go off track or at least stuck to it?

Remember its a long term change! If you lose your way one day, don't blow the next day, the next day, and the whole week.

Each day is a new battle!

Re: Wish me luck, I am starting low carb tomorrow morning...

be prepared..

Tips:
Have lots of healthy low-carb snacks at home and work so you won't make a starving run to the vending machines. Almonds, string cheese, low-carb yogurt, are really easy to pack.

Pack your lunch, this will help with both diet and saving for your wedding.

Try to plan ahead meals and work outs. I make goals in a fitness journal and try to keep them as best I can

Also from WW years ago I found keeping a food journal really helps.

Good luck
