Did anyone block off rooms at the HOLIDAY INN in WESTBURY?

I've been waiting for weeks for the paperwork from them so I can mail out my STDs.... did this happen to anyone else?

I had my guests stay at the Westbury Holiday Inn for my September wedding - I had no problems there and my guests had no complaints. I actually did have to go there to pick up the paperwork b/c they were so slow.

We blocked our rooms there. They faxed the stuff to FH but I cn't remember how long it took. No problems so far.
