Transportation to NYC bus??

Hi, We are having our ceremony in Centereach and our reception on a boat in NYC. There is 4 hours in between for travel and pictures. We have about 27 in the bridal party. We are not sure to go with limos or a charter bus to bring everyone to the city. My FH wanted to include the guests too but we can't do that, we are stopping for pics. Unless we get another bus for them later. He wanted them to have a ride back to their cars on LI. He is so sweet. We may have to get another company in NYC to bring the bridal party back and one for us to get to the hotel rather than have the limos wait. Has anyone chartered a bus to NYC for a reception?
