the first one is the dress i liked origionally - the second one is the one the designer is recommending ( i really like that one too ) she even emailed a side by side of the 2 dresses

I love the ties in the front of #2! They are both very romantic dresses! I'm curious as to what your FH will be wearing to keep the theme?

tough call. they are both very pretty and different. don't really have a reason, but thinnk i like #1 better. although i really like the top of #2. either way, they are both beautiful.

as Rainmama suggested, can we see a pic of what FI is wearing?

I love the pattern in material. So mystical and elegant. Just light enough. Plus I like the sleeve in the bell sleeve look.

I LOVE the look (then again I go to a billion Ren Faire events )

I like number 1 better..... it just seems more flowing and easy. They're both very pretty, though!

I love #1!!! It looks a little less 'structured' and so romantic .. love the sleeves especially

you cannot go wrong with either dress, though .. I love your theme so much!!

maybe its just me but I think both are too fabric happy - I'd hate to be dragging all of that fabric along with me all day. But then I'm really not a theme person.

well ladies i received my fabric samples for the dresses and well that was all it took really i am getting number 2 made with a deerskin vest -the materilas for number 1 just didnt feel right - compared to the beautiful silk and the leather for number2 - thanks everyone for helping - and i am having the skirts cut just floor lenght and will have a detachable train that buttons on at the shoulder and removes for the reception

that's great! I'm glad you found soemthing you like. Material is very importnat. I love that my dress is organza.
