westbury manor brides...i have a question
about the cake...
they give you a book to go through and pick out one that you like...but they're all the same plain looking white cake...
do they decorate them? or at least add some color? or what??? is that extra??

yes they have a book of all white cakes. and they can decorate it with real flowers (for a fee... $$$). I think its better to have your florist do it... they usually throw it in in your package.
(but some aren't that plain... they have white decorations. Dots, basket weave, wavy things like drapery, etc)

mine will be one of these (not directly from WM but they look almost exact)
the dot one is stacked one on top of the other.
i don't know if id call them boring though...
and honestly, the cake doesn't really matter that much to me. It could be a cookie puss for all i care. i'm not one for elaborate cakes.

I had mine decorated w/ red roses by the florist. It is plain unless you pay them to decorate it.
