Extreme Makeover Home Edition - Mar 28 - 'Sweet Alice'

Anyone watch this last night? It was on at 8pm channel 7. Ty from trading spaces is the host. This has to be the best home improvement show that is on tv.

I almost cried when the little girl walked into her room and asked if she could have the barbie doll for Christmas and Sweet Alice was like 'no honey, that's YOURS'...the girl didn't understand that they didn't have to give any of the stuff back...

Yes, that was so sweet, no pun intended. I loved that episode, but Ty needs to really stop saying 'I love this family, we really need to do something special for this family' every single week. He is starting to sound like a broken record

That's his Line!! Like the 'most dramatic rose ceremony yet' from the Bachelor

But this show is great - it amazes me what gets accomplished in such a short time and that it for families that are in need that are also giving of themselves. It's nice to see them get something back.

Love this show! I've been watching every Sunday since I heard it was airing and this was one of the better episodes. I started crying when Sweet Alice leaned over the counter and started crying about how she didn't need to leave her community for the home of her dreams. What an amazing woman!
