If Looking For a Florist Check out Flowers By Emil (a vendor here)

As some of you know, I am (and some of you too ) using Flowers By Emil (a vendor here). Well, FI & I went to meet with Carmine (the owner) on Saturday to go over flowers and colors. I use them for everything and have been using them for years. Carmine is wonderful!! He not only gave me an unbelievable price but he also sent me home with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. He is also going to make samples of my and BM boo-ks so that I can see what they would look like. When I get the samples this week, I will take pics and show you how wonderful his work is.

For those of you looking for a florist definately check out Flowers By Emil. For those are you who live in NJ, LI, etc. taking the trip to Bklyn is worth it once you meet with him (just ask luvsun ).

how far in Brooklyn is he and is he experienced with going out to Long Island and Suffolk sites, I think that would be a concern for a lot of brides, the transportation, I know traffic on the weekends can get crazy going from the city/brooklyn to long Island.

He is in Bensonhurst, Bklyn. He knows LI and understands the traffic. He is about a 1/2 hour from Nassau County.

I am using him! Thanks nylisa! I live in NJ...and my wedding is in Suffolk County. He said that there would be no issues with going out that far...and he would make sure that they left plenty of time for travel. When I was there for an appt back in January...they were working on an order for the Huntington Town House...so he's definitely been to LI before.
