You could have a jeweler make them for you. My mother had a pair made (white gold posts with garnets) to match a white gold and garnet ring she gave me while I was in HS. I lost one of them.

They were special to me so I went to the store (Ecolin in PJ) and had another one made. I was nervous doing it, but it really wasn't expensive at all.

Don't laugh, but try QVC.com, they have great prices and alot of selection. Hope it helps
