Be careful, it has lots of coconut oil in it which sticks to the arteries! I was once addicted, too! And especially when you mix it with FF chocolate pudding and it makes a mousse!

mmmmmmmmmmmm......... well, its better than eating real whip cream though, right? I'm dieting, so anything that's not too fattening and tastes this good, I need to have. LOL

OMG that coconut oil stuff is scary is it really that bad???? i love that stuff!!!

I am addicted to it as well. I can sit there with a spoon and eat right out of the container. I had no idea it had something bad in it that can stick to my arteries.

I had no idea it was so bad for you either. I was eating some at work on my ff pudding and the nurse rained on my parade when she told me all of that. All I can say is, ignorance was bliss
