why doesnt my 'add to notebook' work??

why doesnt my 'add to notebook' work??

A few weeks ago there was a thread by LIWeddings saying you could click that little icon in the corner and it would work like an AOL favorite..why doenst it work. Everytime I click that little icon, then later go back to notebook in the planning section, it says 'you havent added anything to your notebook'
