Finally starting to get excited about wedding planning again!

After months of feeling stuck in a planning rut, I'm really starting to get excited again. It doesn't hurt that it's been an eventful day wedding-wise. Today I decided what I want for my invitations. I'm going tomake them myself. Out theme is going to be 'How Sweet It Is' with pink and white being the colors. My invites will be pink cardstock with vellum overlay and either a pink plaid or pink and white gingham bow and this pink candy charm dangling from the bow:



For favors, we are doing 1 bottle of Pindar's summer blush per couple with each person getting a wine charm with pink and white beading and one of a variety of charms (I just won the following 3 charms on ebay today):







I also found the cake server and unity candle set I want in the Things Remembered Catalogue! I'm so excited! :o)

ETA: Oh, and I almost forgot to say, and this is the biggest thing of all, I'm almost done laying out my STD's! It was a lot of work, but they are so cute! :o)

great! i'm right there with ya!

i took a few months off and now need to get back into the swing of things... i have the basic design of my invitations done (need to create reception and response cards and direction tri-fold as well), but am having a hard time picking out paper stock i want to use!

i've been stuck on this for a while...
