My best friend MOH is ignoring me.

I know that all of my bridesmaids and my Matron of honor are havin issues with her. She is my best friend and matron of honor shes never planned anything before. Planning my shower was hard im sure and she always says things she shouldn't. And she is controlling Ive learned to ignore her. Well now everytime I invite her over she ignores me.... She never wants to hang out or anything. My shower is this saturday! I hope things go back to normal.

Re: My best friend MOH is ignoring me.

Maybe she is just trying not to spoil anything about your shower, that's why she's tighlipped.

Re: My best friend MOH is ignoring me.

I just went thru this, In fact my BM have not been talking to my MOH since we were 12 yrs old.. we r all 32 and 31 yrs old. !!!!!!! Just remeber it is your day, and no one is going to spoil it for u. Do u know I came home to 3 BM complaining about her still?! I was in the same situation as u. You and her have a special friendship and unfortunatley you are going to have to take what is happening with a grain of salt. Is she married, or dating anyone... if not maybe she is jealous. Try to talk to her . Fm mail me if u need to talk. I got married 23 days ago and can totally relate. Hope this helps.

Re: My best friend MOH is ignoring me.

Okay, this really doesn't have to do with the thread in general.. but..

I never could understand why woman, who are suppose to be best of friends, get so catty with each other, or get caught up in petty jealousy .. I mean they are suppose to be your friends, and while I would never pretend to say I've never sat back at a friends 'event' or whatever and had a twinge of jealousy rear its head, I would never let it spoil the 'event' for my dear friend...
Maybe it's just me, but I think that's totally screwy...

Anyhoo.. off the soapbox now...

I agree with the other girls, situations like this always seem to bring out peoples true colors..Sorry you have to deal with this..

I am sending you lots of ...

Re: My best friend MOH is ignoring me.

I am having issues with mine as well. I have learned to expect NOTHING from her in terms of the wedding, and then if she does anything helpful it is a nice surprise (come to think of it, she hasn't done anything like that yet, but if or when she does it will be a nice surprise...).
