regi, I think there is one in Port Jefferson. How is Arthur Murray? Do you get individual attention? What are the prices like?

definitely start ASAP. We are taking lessons in Bayside. We started about two months ago and our wedding is two weeks before yours. It is pretty difficult and we still are terrible. I would start ASAP so you don't feel time pressure to learn the dance.

I trained at Arthur Murray in Bayshore years ago. The attention is very individualized but I think the prices were a little steep when I went. I am not sure about wedding packages though.
