We got a new Table and chairs on April 1st and....I just updated this It gets even worse. Im calling channel 4 news.
My FH sat on one of the chairs on Saturday leaned back and the bar CRACKED. He is not a big guy either. He just called the place where we got it and they said we need the invoice #. He said I can't find it can't you just look it up in the computer? She said no we don't have a computer. YA OK!!!!!!!!!!! Im so mad right now. That was the first piece of furniture that we got so we had no were to keep the reciept. It probably got lost in the shuffle!

Well my FH just called and said I had furniture delivered on April 1st and.... The phone went dead. They hung up on him He calls back they pick up and just han up right away. Then he calls back and says I had furniture delivered on April 1st hang up...He calls back and said Can I please speak to john Greco (that was the salesman) She says hes not here today can I help you (its funny how she had no problem hearing that) He says Ihad furniture delivered on april 1st and the back cracked. She says hold on and she hangs up on him. He calls back nothing So I call back and she hangs up on me. IM SO MAD RIGHT NOW. U HAVE NO IDEA. IM CALLING THE NEWS FOR ASA AARONS OR SOMETHING.

I would be so mad right now. Definitely call Channel 4! How did you pay for it? Can you trace it on your bank statements?

The deposit was Check the rest cash. You can not tell me that they don't have a computer. This CRAZY!

OMGThat would REALLY tick me off.
They tried that crap with me about Jim's car in a shop that had it for over 8 days to do NOTHING with it. They only disconnected the alarm. They refused to say when they'd give it back. I kept calling and they were busy or hung up.
I finally got one of those 'Sure, we'll call you right back after his meeting' that was at 9am.
I walked INTO the buidling at 4:30pm pissed all to hell and cussing loud and nasty enough to make my Sailor Father proud! They heard me then. The car was ready immediately.
I HATE when people think blowing me off is gonna work. Im polite and usually patient to a point. Being rude is JUST uncalled for!
