BREAKFAST IDEAS

I know this should be on recipes, but I know more people look on here...

We are having a May Breakfast at work on Friday, and I wanna bring somethingGOOD....everyone else is brining stuff like CRAP..muffins..sweet bread...one is brining pillsbury cinnamon buns...

I wanna make something....not with eggs since I HATE them....maybe with bacon, or with sausage, or potatoes....ANy unique and QUICK ideas????

Here are some ideas I found on epicurious.

Hashbrown Casserole

This second one calls for eggs, but you could omit them and add sliced sauteed potatoes or crumbled breakfast sausage.
