OK...so the plan for tomrrow night????

Are we just getting together at the bar?? Are we sitting down in the restuarant? What's the plan or idea for tomorrow night??

I am using Elena. She did a consult for me (hair and makeup) for a very reasonable price, and she tried a number of different hairstyles until we found one I liked. I don't have any references of anyone who has used her before, so I am going on my gut instinct. I found her in a roundabout way--I was on the web site The Knot, and someone recommended another stylist. The recommended stylist was already booked, so she recommended Elena.

Well do we have any idea how many people? Could we all fit at one table? I wouldnt mind if we sat at the bar personally....dont mean to sound like such a cheapskate but I am not trying to spend a lot of $$$ these days!!! But I am willing to go along with what others want to do.

I went tonight to look at the Swan Club and I liked what I saw. My friend went to a wedding there last month and said the food was good. I've never eaten there myself. How was it? I am a little skeptical about having them make my cake, not that I know any other place to go for it. Could you please email me a pic of your cake. I would really appreciate it. One other question did you have your ceremony there?

That's exactly why I was asking Jenny. I too would just rather sit at the bar and mingle there. I am not looking to spend alot of money either. With less than 2 months to go. Every penny counts. Even the pennies I don't have! Hehehehe!

See ya tomorrow

Unfortunately, we have to have a table

Hi ladies,

I spoke to the manager (whom I know) and she said we're too big of a crowd to make reservations at the bar. So we've got an 8:00 "reservation"-they don't really do reservations but they're making an exception-for non smoking. Any smokers can feel free to sit up at the bar.

Thanks again, Jenn for making the arrangements

1- How soon after the wedding invite does the rehearsal dinner invite go out?

2- The dinner is being paid by 1/2 my fi's parents (mostly his family is from out of town), 1/4 my dad and his wife and 1/4 my mom and my step-dad. How should we word the invite without making it sound like a phone book?
