starting South Beach Diet tomorrow..AGAIN!
god, i totally blew it yesterday and this past weekend..
time to start again...i have to remember that i want to be skinny!!!

I just finished Phase 1- WHEW!!!!
(Actually, it wasn't THAT terrible)
I'm more nervous about Phase 2- I'm scared to start eating some carbs again, even if they are the good ones, I'm so nervous I'll gain the weight back!!!!????

it really isnt that hard to follow the diet, but i allowed myself to cheat too much..it defeated the purpose of all the days that i did good.
