Color Scheme Question

What do you think of black satin bridesmaid dresses and red rosed for an August wedding at the Carlyle?

I want red roses all over and not sure what other color to do...

I have seen weddings with black bm gowns, and I'm not a huge fan. How about a pale pink or golden color. The red roses are gonna look so pretty no matter what color! Good Luck!

I love the idea of black and red...but in my honest opinion it is too dark for August, the girls will be so hot in black and I think it would be more suitable for Fall/Winter..BUT its your wedding as well, I think in the end its YOUR DAY....do WHATEVER you want to do!!

That's what I'm doing- Black dresses and red roses. My wedding is in Nov, though, but I thought that black would be the most flattering on everyone and there is a higher likelyhood that people could wear them again.

It's your wedding. If you want black and red, go for it!

If we end up with October I will prob. do black with red roses. If we do August I'm not sure... I really want red roses so I have to think about what color dresses to get.

I like black and red together. Maybe incorporate some pinks (hot pink or light pink to liven up or soften the look)

If you decide not to do black, I think champagne is so pretty and it would look great with red and it also has the same classy look as black and is great for the summer.

I love black and red together but i think it sounds more wintery--I think it is very dark for the summer--JMO

i think you need a soft color BM dress for August

I would try maybe yellow or they have a pretty iridescent orange color (i think maybe LAZARO)
