Vendor Insurance

Does anyone know if I have to get involved with this????

Or is something that the vendors know to do on their own?

Re: Vendor Insurance

I had to tell my vendors. They said they would take care of it and fax the information to the hall. I would definately talk to your vendors about this. Make sure they have the insurance coverage.

Our house vendor's information was on file, so check with your hall if you are using any of the house vendors.

Re: Vendor Insurance

Oh yes. All of my vendors have it. All of my contracts state that the vendor will be insured on the day of my wedding.
