Poll: Pre wedding Hair.. whatcha doing (or not doing) with it?

I haven’t cut my hair since I got engaged. I had it trimmed once and will go back for a trim when I can take a break from work (hopefully sometime this month?)

For now.. my hair grows.. and grows.. my god Im getting tired of it.

After the wedding while, we’re on our honeymoon I want it cut shorter, highlights and perhaps a perm to give it some body, nothing too drastic (permwise). I want a different look. Im DYING to cut my hair.

Anyone else?

I am going to let myself have one more trim before the wedding (probably at the end of the summer) and thats it! It IS killing me though! From Sept - April its gonna look HORRIBLE!!!!!!

my hair was already past my shlouders. I got it trimmed in Febrauray & the stylsits told me to go back in MAy & August, just for up keep, so my OCt it will have grown in to the longer end of my range, but not be straggly. I'd love to have jsut let it grow for teh year before my wedding, but my hair is thin & splits liek crazy, & t woudl have to be all chopped off anyway.

I am toying with bangs, but that may mess up my wedding style, so I am trying to get that idea out of my head!

I cut off 17 inches last March so I've been growing it out for the wedding. Right now it's midway down my back to my bra strap. I'm dabating what color I want my hair to be for the wedding. I naturally have dark brown hair but right now it's kind of auburn. I think I may go to my natural color with brown highlights for the wedding. As soon as we get back from the honeymoon I'm chopping my hair again though!

My hair is already long and always has been. I am keeping it the same way. After the wedding I *might* try layers.

I am dying to chop mine off too!!!!!!!! I have very thick hair and I want to at least chop some layers into it, but my hairdresser says that if I do then my hair won't do my style as easy. ARGHHH!! It feels so heavy and nasty on hot days. I feel like I have 'PERMA-PONYTAIL' I wish I could get a style already!

My hair seems to have thinned a little so the last couple years I've had to be good about getting a trim every two months - I usually have about an inch taken off all around. My hair is falls a little past my shoulders. Last month I got it cut and had some long layers in the back and angled at the front. No matter what I do I'm pretty sure I'm going to get some hair extensions to give me length and fill it all up.

I am letting mine grow out and its driving me mad! I feel like there is nothing I can do with it its just too long (its not that long maybe 6 inches past my shoulder but I havent had it this long since I was 6)
I want to just chop it, once I go for my trial and figure out what I am doing with in the day of, I am cutting it as short as the hair do will allow!

I have a friend who already has an appt to cut her hair the day after the wedding!!!

I may actually just use a hair piece to get 'extra' hair I need for hairstyle I'd like to use. I have about shoulder-length hair. It's a least worth a thought if your hair is annoying you....

My hair is pretty long (well past my shoulders) and I'm not doing anything too drastic for the wedding .. I'm just letting my hair grow a bit longer than I'd normally keep it, but I tend to do this during the summer anyhow .. I'm wearing it all up anyho

I usually put dark blond highlights into my brown hair during the summer also (since I get tan) which I'm gradually doing as well .. but nothing too crazy.

Mine seems to be about 3 inches past my bra strap.

It hasnt been this long since I moved to NYC back in 1999. But it's layered as opposed to one full length as it was back then.

I wont highlight until AFTER the wedding. I seriously need a trim though. Anyone know of a place near 46/6? I just want to pop in after work.
