two questions about atkins!!! please read

i started atkins monday (again) with fh. my scale says i lost 4 lbs and fh 5 lbs. is this possible, or is my scale broken. i never thought i could loss that much in 2 days. also, i feel really dizzy today. is this from atkins????

Its totally possible!!

As for the dizziness, you probably have what is called 'induction flu'. It happens to some people when their bodies adjust to burning fat instead of carbs (happened to me). It shouldn't last more than a few days! Then you will feel great!

CONGRATS!! I felt the same yucky way for the first few days - it is def, your body adjusting. Also, the weight loss is real, although it could be partly from water.
