a few weeks ago I asked about people face breaking out frm the prenatals..

I hadnt taken vitamins in along time..so when i started taking the prenatals, my face started breaking out..not bad,,but enought to PIS$ me off..so I started taking regular one aday, still have had a few breakouts, but not like when I was taking the prenatals..anyhow..so I asked the derm and she said thet certain vitamins contain iodine and that can trigger acne..so she suggested I try vimatins without any iodine..I found them at GNC and bought them..just wanted to share in case anyone was still experiencing break outs. Hopefully thsi will be helpful to someone out there!
