Sugar Free Ice Cream

I have hypoglycemia and have known about it for 11 years and it has been tough not being able to have dessert and all that good stuff. This new Atkins/Low Carb mania has been the best for me though! Now they make everything sugar free. Cookie Dough ice cream was 'invented' after I was diagnosed so I never tried it before. But I found it 2 nights ago in Pathmark... Edy's Sugar Free Cookie Dough!

The CarbSmart chocolate (by Breyers) is really creamy & yummy. I actually never ate a lot of ice cream UNTIL I started Atkins!!!
